Privacy policy
Edition of 16 October 2026
This is a translation for convenience. The Ukrainian version of this document is the binding one.
This policy explains what personal data the SeeYou service processes, why, how long it is kept and what rights the people it belongs to have. Processing follows the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection".
1. Who processes the data
- Data of business owners and staff who use the dashboard is processed by ะคะะ ะะพะฝัะฐ ะะฝะดััะน ะะฐะปะตััะนะพะฒะธั (the Provider) as controller.
- Data of clients who book with a business belongs to that business: the business is the controller and the Provider is the processor that handles it only to run the service. A client may contact either the business or the Provider about this data.
2. What data we process
- Owners and staff: name, email, password (only as an unreadable hash), interface language, role and permissions, working schedule, photo (if added), Telegram chat ID (if Telegram is connected).
- Clients of businesses: first name and surname, phone number, email, booking comment, history of bookings and visits, chosen reminder time, the business's notes about the client, reviews, Telegram chat ID (if the client connected the business's bot).
- Payments: amount, date, payment status and the card token the bank issues for repeat charges. Card number, expiry date and CVV are entered on the bank's page and the Provider never receives them.
- Technical data: cookies needed to stay logged in and remember the language; error logs with the page address and without IP addresses.
3. Why
- So clients can book, move or cancel a booking, and the business can see and manage bookings.
- To send confirmations, reminders and notifications by email and in Telegram.
- So a business can tell clients who agreed to it (with a tick when booking or in ยซMy bookingsยป) about something important โ new prices, holidays, changes in its work. Every such message has a link to unsubscribe; messages about bookings keep coming.
- To protect businesses from fake bookings (limits per client, blocking).
- To take subscription payments and meet tax accounting rules.
- To find and fix errors and restore data after failures.
We do not sell data, show ads or use the data of businesses' clients for our own mailings.
4. Who receives the data
- The hosting provider whose servers run the service.
- The partner bank that processes card payments.
- Google (Gmail), if a business connected its mailbox: letters to clients are sent from the business's own mailbox.
- Telegram, if a business connected its bot and a staff member or client connected their Telegram.
- Public authorities, only where the law directly requires it.
5. How long data is kept
- Data of a business, its staff and clients โ while the business uses the service. Before deleting the data of an inactive business, the owner is warned by email at least 30 days in advance.
- A business can change or delete a client's data in the dashboard itself.
- Error logs โ up to 30 days.
- Backups of the service โ up to 12 months, then deleted automatically.
- Payment records โ as long as tax law requires.
6. Protection
The service works over a secure connection; passwords are kept only as hashes, and mailbox passwords and bot tokens are encrypted. Each business sees only its own data, and staff see only what the owner allows.
7. Your rights
Under Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" you have the right to know what data about you is processed and why, to get a copy, to have it corrected or deleted, to withdraw consent, and to complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights. To use these rights, write to [email protected]. We answer within 30 days.
8. Changes
A new edition is published on this page with the date of change. Business owners are told about significant changes by email.
