Payment and refunds

This is a translation for convenience. The Ukrainian version of this document is the binding one.

What you pay for

A subscription to SeeYou for one business with any number of staff and no limits on bookings: 149 ₴ a month or 1 490 ₴ a year (two months free). The first 30 days after registration are free, no card needed.

How payment works

• Payment by Visa or Mastercard on the payment page of a partner bank. Card details are entered on the bank's page; we never see them.
• Access is extended right after a successful payment.
• With automatic renewal on, the price of the next period is charged to the same card on the day the current one ends. The date of the next charge is shown in the dashboard under "Subscription".
• Automatic renewal can be switched off in the dashboard at any time. The paid period stays valid to its end and there are no further charges.

Refunds

• A charge made by mistake — a double charge or one after you switched off automatic renewal — is refunded in full.
• Forgot to switch off automatic renewal: write within 7 days of the automatic charge and we refund it in full; access ends on the day of the refund.
• Yearly subscription: on request we refund the full unused months at 124,17 ₴ a month.
• A month already started is not refunded, except in the cases above.

How to ask for a refund

1. Write to [email protected] from the email the business is registered with. Give the business name, the date and the amount of the payment.
2. We answer within 3 working days.
3. Money goes back to the card the payment was made from. Depending on the card's bank it arrives within 3–30 days.
